Additionally contained in this new document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a legend detailing various sections of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including designs for dock shelters.
